My Story

me

Hi, I’m Shikha — an educator and cognitive coach who believes that every child learns beautifully when we understand how their brain wants to learn.

Growing up, I often felt unseen and misunderstood in classrooms. I struggled with learning methods that didn’t match the way my mind worked — and for years, I believed something was “wrong” with me. It wasn’t.

While helping my siblings with their studies, I realised — I simply learned differently.

Over the past two decades, I’ve explored teaching across styles, age groups, and environments—learning more from my students than any textbook ever could.

That experience shaped everything I do today.
The work on this platform — every consultation, every framework, every guide — is built on one intention:

Every child deserves to feel capable.

Every parent deserves to feel supported.

Every family deserves clarity, not confusion.

Welcome. You’re in the right place.

What is Bridge My Brain?

Bridge My Brain is a cognitive development platform built on one belief:

Every child’s brain is a network of bridges — emotional, cognitive, creative, and relational — and the quality of these bridges shapes how they learn, think, focus, express, and grow.

We shift the focus from correcting behaviour to strengthening connection — the bridge between:

  • Curiosity → Learning

  • Energy → Focus

  • Emotions → Expression

  • Parents → Children

  • Potential → Performance

Children learn through moments: when someone listens, plays, slows down, explains differently, or simply stays present.

We help families build these bridges—scientifically, rhythmically, and compassionately—so learning becomes natural, joyful, and lifelong.

Our Philosophy

Every brain learns differently.

When we understand a child’s unique rhythm, everything changes.

Connection grows the brain.

Presence, play, and emotional safety strengthen neural bridges.

Children behave the way their brain feels.

Focus, memory, and regulation are skills — not moral qualities.

Small moments create lifelong change.

Micro-connections reshape neural pathways.

Parents deserve guidance without guilt.

Support should feel warm, simple, and actionable.

Our Foundation

The Child Is Good Inside

We see behaviour as communication.

The Brain Is Plastic

Focus, memory, and emotional skills can grow at any age.

Skills Before Scores

We strengthen the foundation beneath academics.

Emotion Before Instruction

A regulated child learns; a dysregulated child protects.

Play Is a Brain Tool

Movement, rhythm, and creativity build neural pathways.

Parents Are Co-Architects

With the right tools, parents become powerful guides.
